Wound care

Is anyone using Epifix or Amniofil powders to treat wounds? These can be hydrated and injected into the wound. Our wound care center would like to start using these products and I wonder how to bill for the application. Thanks for any guidance.

: Epifix is an amniotic membrane allograft used in the treatment of chronic and acute wounds. It is approved for diabetic foot ulcer and venous stasis ulcer. The HCPCS code is Q4131. Assign appropriate CPT code ( 15271 - )
