Incision and drainage of thumb

Need help with CPT.   Pt has history of recurrent infections since a skin autograft to right thumbnail.

Description of procedure: Attention was turned to the dorsal aspect of the thumb where the previous four incisions were identified and incised. Some purulent exudate was noted on the ulnar aspect of the thumb. This was thoroughly irrigated with antibiotic solution. The incisions were explored with a hemostat until the graft was identified and removed in its entirety. An Angiocath was used to pass antibiotic solution throughout the two incisions until the water was clear. approximately 500cc of fluid was used.

What CPT would you use?  I'm looking at 10180.  Would that include the removal of the skin graft?   Thank you,
