imperforate hymen

My provider has a young patient with imperforate hymen. The MD performed a dilation of the imperforate hymen with a cotton swab during an office visit. She was able to dilate the small hole just a bit, but will be bringing the patient back for incision and dilation under anesthesia. Can we bill for the dilation done in the office visit? If so, which code?
