    Good morning, the hamate bone is a carpal bone, looking at 256xx codes & do not see a specified code for percutaneous pinning of hamate fx.  I would suggest unlisted code 26989.

    What do you think about the comparison code being 25645 ORIF of carpal bone fx or 25630 Closed Tx of carpal bone fx?  Thanks,
