Anterior fracture/dislocation reduction

Hello everyone. It has been a long time. The surgeon performed a closed dislocation reduction and percutaneous (through 2 2cm incisions) greater tuberosity reduction.

We are torn between 3 options. 23655 & 23630, or 23670, or unlisted.

We may not have thought of everything and there may be better options that we have not considered.

We appreciate any help we can get.
