Arthroscopic Biceps Tenotomy with Debridement of Labrum 29822/29823 ?

Good morning, Pt had degeneration of the long head of the biceps anchor and labrum, biceps tenotomy done & debridement of labrum back to stable rim. Would this meet 29823 extensive debridement/multiple soft tissue structures or 29822 limited debridement? Your assistance is appreciated. Thank you
