ARTHROSCPIC ASSISTED REDUCTION DISTAL TIBIA FRACTURE WITH PERCUTANEOUS PINNING

Anyone have a idea what the above CPT would be?  I can only come up with unlisted 29999 or possibly 27756 .  Diagnosis is Distal Tibial fracture, triplane.     I hate to use unlisted as we are getting more and more denials from insurance as not wanting to pay on unlisted codes.  Please Help!   Thank you,
