distal femoral replacement total knee arthroplasty

Patient has a supracondylar-intercondylar distal femur fracture and a distal femoral replacement total knee arthroplasty was performed.  How would this be coded.  Unlisted???  Compared too???  Physician wants to report cpt codes 27448, 27365 and 27447???  Thanks for the help.
