SHOULDER CAPSULORRAPHY WITH DECOMPRESSION OF SPINGLENOID CYST

Is there a comparable cpt code to use for the decompression spinoglenoid cyst using 29999 with the shoulder capsulorraphy(29806)?
Is the decompression included in capsulorraph? I think someone said before that it is included, but wanted to double check.
