does anyone know or have info regarding billable palces of service for
pacemaker and ICD insertions?.Dr is inquiring about an ambulatory
surgical ctr, not associated with a hospital

We perform PPM/ICD gen changes in an ambulatory surgical ctr as well as new PPM insertions...we do not perform new ICD insertions in an ASC.
