HELP WITH GALEAZZI FRACTURE

A patient has a dorsal distal radius fracture proximal to the physis and ulnar physeal separation. The surgeon did a closed reduction and percutaneous fixation of ulnar physeal separation. I cannot find a percutaneous code for this. How should it be coded. I appreciate the information. Can 25525 be used with a reduced services 52 since it is not open?
