28300 medial & lateral column lengthening

Can the above CPT be coded twice since both medial and lateral column lengthening is being done?  Separate incisions were used .  I'm finding that the MUE on 28300 is 1 unit so I'm  not sure.  Thank you,

    Depends on the insurance company. I've been successful before appealing with the argument that the cuts were performed on separate weight bearing portions of the calcaneus.
