Gluteal Tendon Repairs

I wish they would develop a code for repair of gluteal tendons. I know this is an unlisted procedure, 27299, but I struggle to even find a good reference code! Any suggestions or tips?

    I am having to code this repair as well, can you bill in addition to cpt 27236 for hip fracture and if so what code would compare the unlisted one to, thanks for your input, Carolyn
