HOSPITAL VISITS WAITING FOR SURGICAL CLEARANCE

We saw patient in hospital for fractured hip. Patient took Plavix the same morning that he had a fall.  Physician states in consult that since patient took Plavix they will need to wait 5 days until they will be able to do surgery.  Would you charge for the hospital fup visits?
