I have two fractures within the same digit, proximal and middle, can this be reported twice?

    No. They are both being treated the same.

    That is why I believe this would be just one charge.

    I agree...if is was a surgical ORIF then I would append -22 modifier for
    time spent for the second site...but for a closed reduction...one
    code...two dx.
