Dx for Metal on metal bearing total lt hip and metal particle induced synovitis

I am coming up with T84.061A, T56.891, and M67.352, Any help appreciated??

    Any one able to help on this one. The patient wound up with metal particle from the total hip and this caused the synovitis and the complication code.

    Yes there is a Tcode for toxic effects of metal and then the Z96.6xx.

    The diagnosis codes look all right to me, except I would also use the Z code
    for status of total hip as the last diagnosis.
